NAUTA Shiprepair Yard has signed contracts for building two partly outfitted Snurper/Trawlers for the Danish client Karstensen Shipyard A/S.
On 10th July 2013 a commemorative steel cutting ceremony was held for the partly outfitted Platform Supply Vessel.
Works are conducted on the next oil/chemical carrier at Nauta. Presently works on board Norwegian ownedMT Brøvig Marin.
The next edition of Nor-shipping international maritime fair was held in Oslo, Norway on 4th – 7th June, 2013.
Oil tanker m/t Sophie Schulte with LOA = 249,00 m, Breadth = 44,00 entered Nauta Shiprepair Yard on 5th June, 2013. This is the largest vessel which has been repaired in our Yard this year so far.
RoPax vessel m/v Norman Trader belonging to Stena RoRo entered Nauta Shiprepair Yard on 4th June, 2013. This vessel is undergoing necessary modifications and coating works (application of silicon coating) preparing the vessel for the Stena’s Gdynia – Karlskrona line, in addition to two other ferries already present on this line.
The vessel will leave the Yard under a new name m/v “Stena Alegra”.
On 23rd May, 2013 Nauta and Hellesøy Verft AS signed a contract for building a partly outfitted hull of PSV with the following dimensions L= 89.20m, B= 19 m, D= 9.0m.
On 9th May, 2013 a ceremony of keel laying of a special purpose research vessel for interdisciplinary research of the sea was held at the premises of Nauta Shiprepair Yard at Czechosłowacka str. in Gdynia.
The vessel is built for Faculty of Oceanography of University of Gdańsk.
On the 9th of April SR Nauta finished the works and loaded on board offshore construction ( 186 ton ) of Tie-back frames for the Dutch client.
At the beginning of April three vessels of Wilson Ship Management: m/v Wilson Malm, m/v Wilson Ross and m/v Wilson Saga stayed in our floating docks – all at the same time.
